I would like to say how helpful and efficient your reception, nurse practitioner and pharmacy staff were in dealing with my son yesterday. All staff are polite and very helpful. 21/03/18.

When appt can be made, care is excellent. 3-4 week lead time for appt is ridiculous. Needed to see GP urgently on podiatrist advice/diabetes took care and on 9th March earliest appt 7th April lady on reception on Friday pre had a district lack of interest and empathy not usual for your team. Unable to attend Monday clinic and called in on 14th, explained situation again and offered appt. The 'front of house' service has improved significantly thank you (with clear exception as stated).

My son has sensory issues and it was too noisy. He has high anxiety and doesn't like people being too close to him or accidentally touching him. It was very crowded in here. I spoke to the lady about somewhere quiet he could go. I said we would try staying first. But we had not left reception and he could not cope, so they put us in the room. He still struggled as he was out of his own comfort zone, but made the experience so much better for him. Thank you for being so understanding.

My sister visiting from Essex, recently had a heart attack. Didn't bring all her new medication, so came for help and no delay. Registered as temporary patient and offered an appointment later same morning. So friendly and caring staff. Such a relief to get prompt help.
